• Book a lesson or a weekly series Book a one-to-one lesson, a weekly series or a group session, move it on the calendar, and change its day, time or tutor.
• Group classes and camps Create a group class, camp or workshop with sections and seats, put its classes on the calendar, and enrol students.
• Tutor availability and time off Set each tutor's weekly hours, handle time-off requests, and mark a tutor away so their sessions go to another tutor.
• Cancellations, no-shows and make-ups Set your cancellation and no-show rules, cancel a lesson, record a no-show, give a make-up credit, and undo or correct a session.
• Closed days and holidays Close your centre on public holidays and for your own breaks, and cancel the lessons already booked on those days.
• Mark sessions done and take attendance Mark one lesson, many lessons or the whole day as done, take attendance for a class, and get a morning reminder of what is left to mark.
